Hello, my name is Robin. I’m a designer and consultant for Basements & Beyond, LLC. I’m also a certified life coach specializing in the placement of home furnishing. In today’s environment, it’s more important than ever that our living space is our sanctuary and soft place to land.

I was formerly a co-owner of a well-received lifestyle and home design television show and correlating magazine Casa Design for Living which aired in the tri-state area. It went on to win an Emmy in NY with a co-founding partner. I also managed To the Trade Design Center of White House Furniture collaborating exclusively with architects and interior decorators. Sales rep for EasyClosets, a high-end DIY closet system. Currently, I also work with Commercial Interiors Direct, LLC.

My specialty is furniture and art placement, accessorizing, textiles, color palettes, closet, and vignette design. With a keen decorating sense, current on the latest furniture and design trends with a timeless flare, I will create a comfortable decorated space that you always envisioned for your home.

I achieve this by listening to your needs, using your existing furniture, and with the proper placement, your home will have the high-end interior design feel that most people seek, but think it’s too pricey or impossible to obtain. From the simplest idea of moving art from one place to another or a complete home make-over, together we will achieve your desired goal.

I’ve assisted a myriad of people with their homes from complete renovations to throw pillow choices and told “I just couldn’t imagine it without your guidance and vision.”

My consultation fee is non-refundable $100. The $100 fee will be deducted from my $500 service cost upon agreement of working together. I will assess your furnishing, art, and accessory inventory. Develop a comprehensive design suggestion plan for your home, with basic furniture, art, and accessory rearrangement with no additional charges up to 8 hours. Anything purchased, painted or construction advised/needed for your home is your cost and responsibility. If you desire additional hours, beyond the original eight hours, my fee is $45 an hour.
